Universal Sissy Bar Mounting System

 

• Saddlemen’s Universal Mounting System allows each Saddle Stow bag to be installed on just about any sissy bar, backrest or luggage rack.
• This bag will install on any sissy bar pad using our fully-adjustable mounting system. Once adjusted for your bike, the mounting system allows the bag to come on and off in seconds using only two quick-disconnect straps.

 

Saddlemen S3500 Sissy Bar Bag Installation Instructions

 

Refer to diagram. Use the included black rods to adjust the width of the SaddleStow mounting strap to fit snugly around your bike’s sissy bar pad.The rods can be inserted to make the strap narrow or wide. You can also insert the rods at an angle if your sissy bar pad is not rectangular. Make sure the rods are fully inserted, through the top securing loop and solidly into the bottom securing loop. Once in place, tightly close the velcro flap that is above each set of top securing loops. Each bag also has two quick-release nylon straps, one located on either side of the bag. These straps must clip into the corresponding buckles on each side of the bag, and wrap around a secure, solid part of the motorcycle like a saddlebag support, frame rail, etc. Once all of the straps are connected, the bag should not move around while the motorcycle is operating.
Adjustable Internal Shelf
Internal shelf adjusts by separating the movable velcro flaps from the bag’s body and re-placing them so that shelf is level and where you need it.
Backpack Straps
Clip one backback strap end to a D-ring located on the lower rear corner of your bag. Feed the strap thru the D-ring located at the top center of the rear of the bag, and then clip the other end of the strap to the other lower D-ring.
